NOTICE:  The scholarship committee has been overwhelmed with a flurry of early and very highly qualified applicants. Therefore, regretfully, I must inform you that all scholarship funds have been expended (as of May 12, 2009) and no further awards will be made. I must also advise you that the Texas Fly-In Scholarship Fund is now permanently closed.
